BIOBac is a full-spectrum synthetic bacterial blend that includes probiotic, nitrifying, and purple bacteria—designed to aid in the nitrification process and the breakdown of toxic ammonia and hydrogen sulphate. BIOBac eliminates foul odours, improves water clarity, helps clean substrate and rocks, and assists in reducing mulm deposits and excess nutrients.
Dosage: Shake vigorously and add 1 ml per 100 litres 1 or 2 times weekly. Stop equipment such as UV, ozone and skimmer for 2 hours. It can be used with BIOActivator and BIODiversity together.Please read about it in the BIOActivator guide. It can also be used in the first cycle to start the biological filtration process with Nitri-Bac. Does not require refrigeration.
