The COR-20 Replacement Driver is the dedicated control module designed specifically for the Neptune Systems COR-20 pump. It acts as a direct plug-and-play solution if your current controller board suffers physical damage or exhibits erratic flow control.
Key Specifications & Features
- Standalone Operation: The COR-20 driver can run completely standalone without an Apex controller. You can set the flow rate, turn the pump on/off, and trigger feed modes directly using the manual buttons on the face of the unit.
- Power Architecture: It relies on an external, dedicated 100W power supply. The standalone driver replacement does not include a power supply, meaning you must reuse your original COR-20 power brick.
- Apex Integration: For smart integration, it connects via an AquaBus cable to any available AquaBus port on your Apex system, rather than utilizing a 1LINK connection.
- Physical Profile: Measures compact dimensions of 3" W x 4" H x 1" D.
Local Driver Button Functions (Standalone Mode)
When operating without an Apex connection, you can control your return line directly from the driver panel:
- Adjust Flow: Tap the Left Button to decrease pump speed or the Right Button to increase speed by ~6% per click.
- Turn Off: Press and hold the left button for 3 seconds. Tap the right button to restart.
- Feed Mode: Press and hold the right button for 3 seconds. The logo status LED will turn green and automatically ramp back up after 5 minutes.
