Neptune Systems recommends performing this preventative service every 24 to 36 months of operation to ensure testing accuracy and prevent component wear.

Key Kit Components

The kit refreshes critical fluid-handling parts that degrade, stain, or clog over time:

• Peristaltic Pump Head: Maintains precise fluid movement and dosage.
• Cuvette and Tubing: Replaces the color titration chamber, which frequently gets stained or discolored.
• Internal Tubing Assembly: Refreshes internal internal hoses vulnerable to wear from the pinch valves.
• Trident Sample Line Filter: Prevents debris from entering the internal testing environment.
• External Lines: Includes brand new sample and waste lines alongside the necessary connectors.

Critical Prerequisites

• Good Working Order Only: This kit is strictly for preventative maintenance. It will not fix an already broken or non-functional unit. If your Trident is failing, you should look into the Advanced Trident Replacement or Send-and-Service programs instead.
• Skill Level: This procedure requires you to be mechanically inclined and comfortable following detailed disassembly instructions.
• Extra Tools Required: You will need to provide a two-month reagent kit, needle-nose pliers, and a permanent marker to successfully complete the swap.
